    Looking for suggestions for peppercorn sauce

    My internet research has come up with this one, anyone have something they have made and really like?

    Making filets tonight.

      This sauce was excellent and decadent . Nothing remotely healthy about this but man was a great! As far as I'm concerned i've found my peppercorn sauce. Will probably try it next time with half and half instead of whipping cream to make it no sooooo bad.
