    Overcrowded smoker

Fortunately that brisket is coming off in a few hours and I normally fire up a charcoal smoker to handle excess capacity but I loaded up the Yoder 640 bringing the question "is my smoker too crowded?" And I think it is. Big brisket, 4 racks of ribs plus trimmings and pork belly burnt ends.

    Now that's a load.
My concern would be limited air circulation would slow down the cook.
Everything will cook just take longer.
Good eatin at you place this weekend, I'm jealous, our BKK is down.

Looks like you have it spaced out good so should be okay.
I did 70# of butts on mine a while back and they turned out great just took a little longer. Not much though, the Yoder handled it fine.
