    SPAM and chocolate?

    I am thinking of fixing Chocolate covered grilled SPAM. Who is with me in this one? Use Mike Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, or White Chocolate? I think it may need a touch of heat to balance the sweet. Suggestions?

    Spam cut into slabs of goodness.
    Grill/smoke to just crispy at 225*F -- texture
    Cool in a rack
    Dip in chocolate not sure which, milk, dark, white?

    Chocolate-covered bacon works so... maybe? I would use dark chocolate and milk chocolate to compare. There's no such thing as white chocolate.

    I'd slip a couple Tums under the chocolate while your at it...
