    Black Garlic

    Anyone here make their own black garlic? I've been looking into doing some and so far the 2 options I've seen that I like the best are:
    1. Oven bag in my Instant Pot on Keep Warm (low) setting.
    2. Plastic wrap, 2 layers of foil in my Instant Pot on Keep Warm (low) setting.
    Any other suggestions? Note that I don't own a dehydrator so using one of those is not an option. I'm leaning towards number 2 for my first attempt as the only thing I'd need to buy would be the garlic. :-)

    I've looked at this several times, but I don't own one of those thingies. I prolly need to look into other ways, I know there are some out there.

        I have never heard of black garlic until now, sounds like a long process. I made fermented garlic last year it was good but my wife did not like the strong garlic smell.
