    Comes in pork too and my preference, but have no beef with the beef.

    I've not seen any Texan "sprinkle" on his beef nor pork before.

    Texas sprinkle, hmmmm. I wonder if that would catch on here. Looks like a decent rub/marinade with what appears as some sort of pepper as lead ingredient. Mebbee a whole new meaning to Texas fairy dust.

      I'm not an expert on Texas fairies by any means, but I do think I am remembering right that their fairy dust has a distinct ancho chili component.

    I am in Texas now.......I feel like I need to ask around about this. OR Might just go and find a beef rib to gnaw on.

      The only Texas sprinkle I know is done by drivers between rest area's.
