Dizzy Pig has two no salt options. The first is the standard rub and the second is for salmon. They are more expensive than most rubs for that reason but certainly worth it for the no salt option.

The Spice House, https://www.thespicehouse.com/collections/bbq has several salt free rubs. My favorite for steaks is the Oaxacan Ancho Coffee. And like others have suggested, if I am using a rub with salt, I'll dry brine with the rub rather than with kosher salt.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Check out the ingredients in Mrs. Dash. It's a perfect combo for chicken. Sometimes I dry brine chicken and then sprinkle with Mrs. Dash before I smoke it. It's a good combination.
