    Patagonian lamb on the parrilla

    Had a left over leg of lamb in the freezer so thought i would biff it on the parrilla for the kids tonight. Using all the autum prunings from my persimmon tree and burning a big ugly trunk i didnt want to cut up. Will let y'all kbow how it progresses. Low on beer at the moment, so that's my biggest worry.

                    It's a dangerous place. We have millions of acres of grasslands surrounding Buenos Aires inhabited by the notorious black Angus. I am doing my best to eat my way through them, but getting a bit over whelmed!

                  You're killin me! I don't travel or Que enough, and the posts are always exceptional. I'm out of airline miles--why not bring the Ahumaodra show north!
