I usually smoke around 225-250 then sear once internal temp is close to 130.
With no sear at the end I would smoke at 250-275.

Got a 1.7 lb lamb sirloin roast and would love suggestions or thoughts on how to prepare. I was thinking smoke it like a leg of lamb (250-275) but would love any tips as never cooked one before.Tags: None
