    What to do with a Lamb Bone?

    So, I deboned a leg of lamb today. I needed a couple pounds of lamb for kabobs tonight. I'm left with about 3/4 lb of lamb plus the leg bone. Thigh, not shank.

    I'm pondering what to do with said lamb bone and left over meat. I saw some interesting recipes for lamb and bean soup from Lebanon, but thought I'd see what creative stuff you guys have on tap, too

    Stock or stew... or dog treat supreme.

      Boil it for 24 - 48 hours to make bone broth.
