    beef sausage recipe

    I want to try and smoke beef sausage but don't really have a recipe for the spices involved or amounts of meat/fat. Can someone help me out?

    Any idea what kind of sausage you were thinking?? Brats,. Summer sausage ,. Hot dogs??

      I have used one on another board that turns out good brisket sausage. I add jalepeno to it, but the meat content is 8.5lbs of brisket with 1.5lb of pork butt. I don’t trim the brisket as well, just go all in with the fat content and it makes a great beef sausage.
