    Sausage - Corn husk casing.

    Experimented today, wow was this good. No casing, wrapped in corn husk, smoked 2.5 hr @ 225. I took half of one and seared off. Both were very moist and tasted great. A tamale-esgue take on sausage. I have to say this is an idea that works.
