Well me I'm no expert in sausages & kielbasa, I simply don't get too excited about sausages...but ones I do like (and I realize this may get a snicker from the sausage purists) is Johsnonville's chili cheese brats and the jalapeno. They're the pre-cooked ones. Love them chili cheese units, we go through a LOT of them at the beach.

I see that Conecuh sausage mentioned a bit and that Publix sells it. Well, not mine. So I see these other two brands there that I've never tried, so gonna do a little taste test today. Just intalled the nomex gasket on the lid of the offset so I can't use that, so gonna do them on the pellet puker.

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Maverick 732, DigiQ, and too much other stuff to mention.
Shoot, here in NEPA we have kielbasa stores. I guess I’m partial to Tarnoski’s, but Leonard’s is really good, too. And Carone’s.
