    Not the sausage you might think ......

    When I tell people I am smoking a sausage they usually do not think of this. I smoke breakfast sausage, slice it in 1/2" pieces, freeze, then bag. Makes a quick breakfast.

                    Sorry, I have been out of town and couldn't answer question. I re-heat them in a microwave. 2 patties (wrapped in paper towel) for 1 min 45 sec @ 60% power does perfect for me.
