My grandson just cuts chunks off of it and eats it with his fingers. I chop it up and put it in an omelette on occasion. I have also cut it into strips and served it with a dipping sauce. Boss Sauce works pretty well but I don't know how available it is. There's a mustard tang in the sauce that goes well with sausage.

Leftover breakfast fatty, I do a quick sear and served over a fried egg. I made a bacon wrapped cheeseburger fatty stuffed with pickles, cheese, pickles, and onions. I served the next day pan fried and on slider burger buns! Family said best burgers ever.Last edited by Grilling in 780; September 12, 2015, 10:30 PM.
