I had made some homemade marinara and penne the other night, and it was kind of blah. Thought I would do something different with it, added some pepperoni, (because why not), and some gorgonzola, Damn, I am calling this gorgonzola goulash, and it is going into dinner rotation. I will make this on the grill also. Little extra smoke in the marinara would be pretty fantastic. or add a bit of smoked chuck roast, and ditch the pepperoni.
