Burger weight for kids

All children are different. Some can eat like adults without any problems. However, many children cannot handle more than 100 grams. Also, most children are very inconsistent and do not eat everything. They are very picky about food. So if I were you, I wouldn't bother too much. I make about 100-gram burgers at home for my kids as they don't eat much. I also watch my weight and try to eat in moderation. I would not want all my efforts in the gym to be in vain. I watch my weight carefully. I even bought a smart scale from [spam link removed by Huskee] If one of the children does not eat enough, you can take another burger. All children are different. Some can eat like adults without any problems at all.
