    ​​​​​​I think burger patty, blue cheese crumbles, grilled onions, a good mustard on the bun.

    Skip the lettuce and tomato. That's what my food eats.

        I need to remember to get some blue cheese the next time I make burgers. I love blue cheese burgers but never really think about getting it when I go shopping.

          We have a creamery in southern Oregon that is world renown for blue cheese. It is a bit spendy, even locally, but is every bit worth getting and using on hamburgers, steaks, anything where this savory cheese could be used. https://roguecreamery.com/product/smokey-blue/ . Keep it simple or ramp it up. You can hardly go wrong unless you dump it in the fire. ;-)

            I like putting blue crumbles on top of the burger, then melting a slice of swiss over them. Swiss and blue compliment each other.
