    Another stuffed burger

Beef and pork what's not to like? This I have to try.
For a truly delicious experience, try Chef Tom's recipe for a Pulled Pork Beer Can Cheeseburger. Enjoy smoky, tender flavor of slow-cooked pork shoulder, toasted brioche bun and melted cheese.

    I'm in on this...
Glancin through th article, I didn't see mentioned if they were grindin em together, but that's what I'm envisionin doin: combine on my 2nd (finer) grind

Starrin: 85/15 ground chuck, pork butt, an I'd haveta reckon some sorta medley of seasonins, if I'm any kinda judge of jus what I might do...

The only problem I have with these recipes is the purchased seasonings/rubs. Not because I am against them. But because I struggle with MRSS (More Rubs and Seasonings Syndrome). I have SO many bookmark links in my browser to seasoning and rubs sites. I can not count how many times I started filling a cart with all of the seasonings and rubs that I wanted from that site only to close the browser and walk away. One of the main reasons I finally come to may senses and don't purchase is trying to think of where I can store them. We already have 6 places in the house and one in the garage (used only during the winter because it gets to hot) and 2 refrigerators for the sauces. Also, since we can get many spices locally I end up trying making different seasoning/rub recipes instead. I really need an entire wall in the house to consolidate because I forget if we have a rub for something and where in the house it is.

Mr. Bones ofelles Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean that I have TOO many rubs and such. Just no ROOM for all of the other hunert or so that I need (ok, want). I really want to try some of that Killer Hogs rubs, 3 of the 4, not the hot. Can't take the hot anymore. Oh where has my youth gone? I can't eat hot and dessert and say "Com' on ice cream" anymore.
