On Sunday we did some Seasoned Steak Burgers from our butcher Tenderloin Meats , They approx. 7.5 ounces apiece . They sell out fast . roughly $ 3.00 apiece .
We brushed them with mustard so they will form a good crust .
We sliced some onions and add some butter and oil and some of Kosmos Texas Beef Rub to them.
We flipped the grill grates over to the smooth side , heated the surface to 450 degrees f and brushed the surface with some oil . we added the patties and grilled till they
formed a crust and flipped them . we lowered the temp down on grill .
We added onions to grill and the bun brushed with butter .
We added cheese to the burgers and to the onions till the cheese was melted .
The bun was removed after it was nicely toasted . The burgers were removed at 160 f internal temp .
We will definitely buy them again . they had lots of flavour and were juicy .
