Last Night's Other Burger was retired overnight in a ziploc, fer utilization, today...
Heated it up in cracked seal ziploc fer 1 min, then enjoyed...
Ate part of it as is, dunked in jus, then put me a dab of Ass Whoopin Redneck Golden BBQ Sauce out on my plate, an dunked, some more...found a delightful quality to this sauce that had, heretofore, gone unnoticed...
This sauce is Amazin; even heavily applied to a chunk of beef, it makes its statement, then rapidly disappears, leavin th taste of quality beef shinin through!...I'm impressed by that particular attribute!!!
Not too bad, fer microwave food lol!

Excellent job Mr. Bones I never realized the difference in how much more goodness a burger has to offer when cooked on a flat top or in cast iron compared to just grilling it until I got my flat top.
