    Smash Burger Sunday

    Rolled a 5 oz. and two 8 oz. 80/20 CAB smash burgers. Gonna throw them on the Blackstone Griddle in about 40 minutes. More pictures to follow.

        Put a little oil down
        put down a burger ball
        placed a piece of parchment paper on top
        smashed with my Lodge cast iron press
        held for 2 minutes
