    Just got done making (and eating) this. This chicken is Hella Good! About to go into a food coma. I posted picks in the SUWYC thread. Thanks for the recipe!

      Another method for the initial preparation of the chicken would be to spatchcock it and then grill or smoke it before cutting it up.

              Troutman What a great idea. I have got to do this next smoke. I always use burgundy and just brazed thighs. I really can imagine the white wine would pull it into a whole different tastier direction.
