    yes. If I were to use a fruit, I would go to apricot. I make a canned salsa of Apricot and tomatoes every year. some go off for gifts but there is always a stash supply for my own use. it' REALLY great. I might try some blue berry, though. sounds very interesting.

    Watching the old episodes of the most recent MasterChef One woman was cooking her chicken and her BBQ sauce drew both flavor and sugar from Blueberries of all things!! Sounds....well....odd. But Christina was impressed so I'll taker he word for it
