    You can get these at your store and they come packs of ten. I've tasted all the different breeds and the yellow ones are my favorite.

    Turn them face down and make one cut right down the middle. They lay out flat that way and cook more evenly. This process is call spatchcocking.

    Apply your favorite rubs. I used a poultry rub and some Killer Hog's AP rub.

    Smoke them until your instant read pen says "gooey."
