    Doña Isabel Aji Amarillo paste.

    This gets two thumbs up from Mosca. Aji peppers, salt, citric acid, and sodium bezoate as a preservative. It has that bright flavor I noticed when eating peppers in SA. Heat is closer to really hot jalapeños, which is plenty.

    Found it in the local Wegmans, but available from Amazon.

    Must try. Can't remember the brand I tried the 1st time I had it but I really liked it. It was discontinued shortly there after. Been looking for something I like ever since. Thank you will give it a try! Peruvian food..........good.

      I use this stuff in Peruvian chicken on the rotisserie. Very tasty.
