Horseradish ?

Anybody ever try mixing in Horseradish in BBQ sauce ? I haven't yet just thought about it to see what replies would come up .

Never done it, but it seems like a great idea now that you have mentioned it ….. love to see what you come up with and what you think of it.

Horseradish mixed with cat soup is basically cocktail sauce. I say go for it, but I'm not sure what you'd use it on. Probably a good dipping sauce.

I’ve tried it and I don’t care for it with a sauce like Sweet Baby Ray’s original but I do enjoy it in a vinegar based Carolina BBQ sauce.

Its a key ingredient in white sauce. I've never used it in others.
