    18 lbs of wings

Having the family over. Doing them with Franks (plus butter and garlic), bbq sauce, lemon pepper and "plain" (bbq rub, butter and a bit of garlic) drying out in the fridge now Click image for larger version Name:	C403BCDA-2D4C-46ED-B780-817EE7AAF23D.jpeg Views:	0 Size:	4.51 MB ID:	883140

    Awesome.

I like a 3/1 mixture of bbq rub and Cayenne.

My wife makes her wings tossed in Franks, butter, and garlic as well. She uses Alton Brown’s recipe as her base, although she says now that she’s got it figured out, she just wings it

Zatarans Cajun hot sauce, butter and fresh black pepper to in my wing sauce. Dry brine the wings with salt and baking powder, then deep fry for 17 minutes, sauce and crunch in.

I did some last week, used a 2:1:1 ratio of Meathead's Lexington Dip, Louisiana Hot Sauce, Butter...it was real good.

              Aww. That’s child's play. 😁.
Try one with straight up Reaper sauce. 🥵

Good thing you didn’t invite me over. There would be nothing for your family to eat. 😂

im such an idiot. You said Franks with butter n garlic. I’m thinking where does he live that this is a dish.

Sophia cooks Hebrew Nationals in bacon grease with garlic salt ( go figure that) but Franks (hot dogs) with butter n garlic and bbq wings. Ok, I’m game. Doh! 🤦🤦🤦

melt the butter, cook in the garlic and then a bunch of hot sauce. Cook over low and I baptize them twice. Grill till crispy, baptize in the sauce, cook till set, repeat last step.

but the biggest hit tonight was grilled and then coated with homemade kc style bbq sauce.
