Maiden voyage on the new Parrilla grill

Tonight's earlier maiden voyage on the Parrilla Grill. Chicken thighs, smoked cheese sausage and corn on the cob. It was a great experience! I used hickory splits for the fuel and cheated a bit with some Royal Oak hardwood lump as a base. It was a really fun cook!

Thank you! I generally listed to Outlaw Country channel on Sirius XM when I'm cooking outside, although I've been known to switch it over to Ozzy's Boneyard from time-to-time.

SiriusXM also has a "BBQ Channel" Mostly country with some rock n roll mixed in, very similar to Red, White and Booze.

Nice. When I get a chance to take that welding class, I think a parrilla might be what I practice my new skills on making.

That is a grill to get! What a cool experience to be able to cook on something like that!

Question - do you have a paellera? That cooker is screaming for a paella!!!
