Hello. I plan on dry brining & injecting a boneless turkey breast overnight and smoking it tomorrow. Do you recommend smoking at 225 (followed by a quick sear on the grill) or smoking at 325 until the internal temp is okay? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Smoke at 325 or higher. Turkey breast is very lean so cooking at 225 will leave it very dry after the long cook. You want to get it to 165F fast, not slow. I cook whole turkey breast on my Hasty-Bake at about 350F typically.
