    Turkey wings

    I thought some turkey wings might be good. Never done them. Tips? Any help is appreciated.
    FYI I am a pellet cooker guy.

    I had this idea a couple of years ago, and thought they would be as great as the ones from a ~13 lb bird. Alas, the only ones I could find looked like the wings of an Andean condor and were way too tough to eat. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did.

      One of my local butchers has them all the time or so he says. Have not seen them yet. I will be careful. Thx.

      I have wondered if this turkey leg recipe might work on wings. Just a thought.
