    Something just about right!

    Rarely do I post pics of my bbq action, but something just felt right about those chicken breasts on the charcoal table last night.

    1. Two halve breasts
    2. a few hours of mandatory «dry brine»
    3. A bit of mayo coating then some Memphis Dust
    4. Love and tenderness over Kingsford charcoal and some Quebec maple wood lumps
    5. Finished off with Meathead KC style homemade bbq sauce.

    Just felt... right.
