Made these... for my trash can

Seasoned and grilled to perfection, then i took 2 bites and had my wife agree, the chicken had a funky taste, cant explain it, just funky not chicken flavor. So not wanting to risk it in the trash they went. They were tyson brand chicken thighs i purchased a couple weeks ago and froze , good thing i had some good burgers for back up Click image for larger version

Yep, chicken thighs are cheap, ER visits are expensive.

My wife and I have had similar issues with chicken in the past.
It only takes a taste or two to know it ain’t worth it.
              Good call on tossing them.

Good call. Usually I can tell if there is a problem with the meat as soon as I open the package and don't even bother to put it on the grill. I missed it a couple of times and know what it's like. Sorry you had to go through it.
