Adobo Chicken

    Adobo Chicken

    Recently used an adobo marinade to prepare tacos al pastor. Last night, used the same marinade on some skinless, boneless chicken thighs. After removing from the marinade, I dusted the thighs with Memphis Dust. Really liked how: a) sweetness of the MD complemented the spiciness of the marinade, b) made getting a bit of char quite easy.

        Was this some kind of store-bought marinade, or do you have a recipe?
