Hello All,
Just got around to posting pictures of my attempt at a deboned turkey I did for Thanksgiving. Contemplated cooking it on my Lang but it fit on my Weber and tried the SNS out for a long cook. It did excellent. Best turkey Ive ever had. I stuffed it with with apples, craisins, pork sausage and bread stuffing.

Steve Raichlen recently said he’s not in favor of spatchcocked turkey cuz it doesn’t look right. Then you go ahead & do this. My vote is with you...all...the...way! 👍 🕶
Thats awesome! I came close to doing this but got lazy in the end and spatched. I think you just convinced me to not be lazy next time i cook a turkey.
Memories of when I was a meat cutter for a restaurant... SHIT that was over 40 years ago! I am getting old. I hated doing turkey mainly due to having to sanitize everything after.
