    Boneless turkey thigh question

    Hosting Thanksgiving and going to be cooking turkey pieces on the RecTec. Most of the family likes dark meat so it'll be mostly thighs. I usually cook on the bone, and it's good, but I've never mastered the art of cutting around the bone, so I lose some meat in the carving. I talked to my grocery store, and they will debone the thighs for me if I want. Will I get the same result from cooking a boneless turkey thigh? It would be much easier for slicing, but I don't want to trade flavor for convenience. Thanks!

    The bone doesn't affect flavor, it'll be just as tasty!

      What Huskee said. Ditch the bone especially if it’s free. Get more season in too. Cooks a bit quicker and adds some there.
