You won't be able to squeeze the injected water out of the meat.
If the bird has a lot of sodium in it from the added broth, the meat will be too salty if you also brine it.
As we have been discussing earlier in this thread, it would be best if you look at the nutrition label for the milligrams (mg) of sodium in a serving. Compare that with the info in Kathryn's post #14 and decide what is best for this particular bird.
