    So did anyone know that today is...

    National wing day?!?! I seasoned some wings and stuck them in the fridge early this morning for part of dinner. Texted my wife to let her know and she actually informed me it was national wing day.

    Fate i guess.

    I found out too late and didn't get my wings out of the freezer. But I do have some nice NY Strips dry brining. But I do have a new rub coming I want to test out with some wings later this week.
