    Chicken Thighs & Sweet Potatoes

    I have 20 chicken thighs and 8 sweet potatoes in the Lang. Five thighs has Lawry's poultry rub on them, five has cajun seasoning and ten has my rub. I rub the sweet taters with Olive oil before placing in the smoker. I'm going to try keep the temp around 350 F. Click image for larger version
