Anyone have some good tips on holding chicken for transport and/or traveling to serve a gathering? I am planning to take some drumsticks to a potluck this weekend and it is approximately 45 minutes from my house. What would be a good way to keep the skin from becoming overly soggy? I know that it will become soggy but I would like to maintain it the best I could.
