Lunch tomorrow: Cold Iceberg Lettuce, Smoked Chicken, Sour Cream, Medium Salsa & Jack & Queso Cheese Burritos. Dry, or Wet with Enchilada Sauce. If wet, cabbage zest on top. Hot Black beans with American Chili over blackened Poblanos, & Cold Guacamole on the side. Gusta un drago? Cerveza Modelos. Primo.
Now I'm hungry...
Tip - I do my Poblanos in less than 10 minutes while preparing everything else, in the toaster oven. Peel and serve.

Cut up chicken, put in a pot on the stove. Add some mushroom soup and some frozen peas. Heat and serve over a piece of toast. A bit like a real simple version of a chicken pot pie.
