Sorry for the delay in posting... Pork but came out good too. I ended up using one of Meathead's mustard BBQ sauce recipes and mixed it in as we ate it. Since I was smoking both at the same time, the pork bark ended up burning because I brought the temps up to 325 to take care of the turkey breast. The breast took about 5 hours total and since I brought the temps up for that the butt finished a little faster too which was good, because I over slept and didn't get it started until about 7AM. I'm thinking I might try a prime rib roast for my next attempt... Thanks to everyone for the advice and kudos.

Got into this one late, but I’ve coated my bone in breasts with a bbq rub, wrapped with bacon, then smoked at 325. Had good reviews. Bacon made sure they didn’t dry out.
