That was _exactly_ what I thought about when I read the thread title.

This is the AK-47 assault rifle, the preferred weapon of your enemy, and it makes a very distinctive sound when fired at you, so remember it.

Awesome! I love to improvise when the challenge arises. Most people don't realize that with a few tricks you can make great food just about anywhere. I still need to try this recipe, it sounds incredible, I might need to add some heat back into it though, I love to feel that burn! Great looking cook Henrik! Have fun out there.

P.S Nothing is better than a bath in the lake, especially a cold one in the morning! Although I do have the "natural" insulation to deal with the water temp!

Anybody else remember the Clint Eastwood movie from 1986?

So, I'm visiting some relatives way out in the woods, just by a lake. There's no electricity, no running water, no Internet. Except for my 3G phone connection. So we go down to the lake and bring water back up. And washing up is done in the lake too. I'm glad it's summer

But I did manage to find an old rusty grill. Still good though. I also found two bricks so I could create an L shaped snake. Done deal, time to smoke some chicken! I did the Jamaican Sticky Chicken, but thighs this time, to get more meat. Turned out alright! I did have the Fireboard and BBQ Dragon with me (never leave home without them... ), so a little tech in the outback helped. Dinner was real good. It's fun what you can do with a little knowledge and just a few tools.
