    Smoked turkey legs side dishes?

    I'm in the planning phase of my next cook. I plan on smoking turkey legs a variety of ways. The AR/Disney method, Cajun injected and Regular salt n pepper. What sides would you all make? I am drawing a complete blank. Thanks in advance.

    That's a great idea and I can't wait to hear what the culinary savants in The Pit respond with. My first thought is a cranberry relish with some heat added and anything with Sage.
