So I saw this loaf pan chicken in a thread on the forum. It seemed like something the family would like, so I gave it a try.

I'm pretty happy how ti turned out. I think that next time I'll cut down the black pepper a little. I like some heat, but prefer capsasin over the heat that black pepper brings.
