        Looks like ya' got some cool stuff goin on in that sauce, as well... appears to have some some ground / deli / dijon mustard, diced green pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, an a rub, fer starters...
        YUM!!!

        Lol... No Dijon. I am not a mustard fan by nature... I tend to keep it simple and pull from what is in the fridge... A lil mayo, balsamic, jalapeno, parmesan, magic dust... Mixed with a lil bacon drippings... The yard bird never knew what hit it.
