My wife just had a bunch of dental work and it ain't over yet. I asked her what she thought she might be able to eat and without hesitation, she said "Chicken!"
That's all I needed to hear. I made up some of Meathead's Hawaiian Huli-Huli Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade! Didn't think I'd need to make up the whole batch, so I opted for a half-recipe. I'll have to admit to a little rough-handling with the tongs, mebe' some unsportsman-like conduct as well. But in the end, it turned out to be mighty tasty!
Anyway, here is how it came out:

Cooked on my Weber Kettle with the Slow 'n Sear, @ 335* - 350*. Like I said, it made for a nice, tasty meal.
