    Smoked chicken

    Did some smoked chickens, potatoes, and broccoli on the Traeger Sunday. I mixed parsley, sage, thyme, garlic, kosher salt and black pepper with extra virgin olive oil and placed it under the skin with a couple of sprigs of rosemary under there too. Put some onions and garlic in the cavity. The potatoes had red peppers, onions salt and black pepper mixed with them. Smoked the chickens for 2 1/2 hours at 250, the potatoes at 250 for 1 1/2 hours and then cranked it up to 400 and roasted the broccoli for about 15 minutes. Probably the best chicken I've ever done. I think I love my Traeger.
