After cooking two pork shoulders yesterday decided to change things up and cooked some chicken thighs tonight...two were seasoned with Bone Suckin Sauce Rub and two were seasoned with a Key Lime seasoning I bought in Key West...
I never thought I would be cooking on the Kettle as much as I do or with the results when I bought it a year ago...
