    Gravy Question

    Best gravy I have ever tasted. Doing a practice run for the second time tomorrow (i did a little guy with no legs or wings to start) on a full 20 lbs. Can i save the gravy from tomorrow and reheat on The Big Day for everyone? it yields a lot of gravy! will it still be as delicious or should i make it again on Thanksgiving?
