    My First Turkey on a Weber

    Ok folks, It's going to be an early Thanksgiving's dinner at the house tomorrow because I won't be home on the 27th so I'm going to do the turkey on the Weber P.P. for the first time. I will try to keep you all posted step by step as I am doing it. Step one: The 18 lb. Butterball turkey has been thawing for 4 days in the fridge. Click image for larger version

    Step 2: The brine > 1/2 gallon of apple juice, 1 cup of Kosher salt, 1 tsp of dry Thyme, 1 tsp of dry Sage, 1 tsp of dry Rosemary and a couple of Bay leaves. Click image for larger version

          Wait...where's the rest?!?! DW - you're teasin' us! I can't wait to see this bird. I am trying on the charcoal Weber this year. Did it on the propane last.
